Orders & Payments
When you place an order, it is considered a purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Additional charges such as shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.

Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a refund or replacement by providing proof (such as photos) within a specified time.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days. Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us.
