Damaged Products
If your order arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken, leaking, or destroyed), you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required for verification.
Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is incorrect or incomplete, notify us within 2 days of delivery for resolution.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped or at the time of delivery. Once the order is delivered, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the edible and medicinal nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original packaging.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To initiate a request, contact us within the applicable timeframe and provide:

- Issue description (damaged, incorrect, etc.)

Processing Time
- Replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
